Role: The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating, and executing marketing strategies that

strengthen brand presence, support business growth, and create alignment between Sales, Innovation, and the global

distributor network. Reporting directly into the Managing Director, this role combines strategic thinking with hands-on

execution, ensuring that marketing activities deliver measurable value across the organization. The successful candidate

will act as a central link between internal teams, distributors, and customers, creating consistent and engaging

communications that reflect the company’s corporate identity and positioning in the market.

Main Responsibilities

Distributor & Sales Support

• Inform, train, and support distributors on the company’s marketing profile, ensuring consistent brand messaging in

local markets.

• Provide Sales Managers with marketing tools, campaigns, and insights to strengthen customer engagement.

• Collaborate with Sales to align on commercial opportunities and market priorities.

Branding & Communication

• Maintain and continuously improve corporate identity across all communication channels.

• Manage and update the company website, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms with engaging news, stories, and

thought-leadership content.

• Coordinate with external agencies or partners to amplify brand visibility where required.

Marketing Materials & Campaigns

• Create, update, and manage marketing collateral including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Design and execute mini-campaigns (email signatures, targeted promotions, etc.) to increase customer awareness.

• Prepare tailored marketing presentations for customers, leveraging industry insights and Innova membership.

Exhibition & Events

• Actively contribute to the planning and execution of trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.

• Support the coordination of event-related marketing activities.

• Ensure brand visibility and consistency across all event touchpoints.

Market & Competitor Insights

• Monitor competitors and market trends in collaboration with the Managing Director and Sales team.

• Maintain up-to-date competitor landscape documentation to support strategic decision-making.

• Provide market intelligence reports to guide innovation and business development.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Serve as a liaison between Innovation and Sales, ensuring that technical ideas and new developments are

effectively communicated to the market.

• Support internal communications by creating engaging and informative content for colleagues.

Ad Hoc Marketing Support

• Deliver additional marketing presentations, reports, or initiatives as required.

• Ensure flexibility to adapt to evolving business needs and market dynamics.
