To support these upcoming mandates, we are building a confidential network of senior leaders with experience across speciality ingredients. Executives who join this network will be considered first for roles such as CEO, COO, President, GM and Chief Commercial Officer as relevant positions come live.

Our clients operate across flavour, fragrance, functional and value-added ingredient categories, supplying both regional and global manufacturers. They look for leaders who can accelerate growth, strengthen operations, drive commercial performance and work effectively with investors.

Role:

This is a speculative opportunity for experienced senior executives to join our leadership network. By registering interest, you will be matched to future private equity–backed roles aligned to your background and expertise.

Main Responsibilities (aligned to future mandates)

• Lead strategic, commercial and operational direction within portfolio companies

• Drive revenue, margin improvement and customer growth

• Oversee multi-site operations including production, quality and supply chain

• Shape and execute value creation plans with private equity investors

• Build and develop high-performing leadership teams

• Guide integration, transformation or scale-up activities

• Support international expansion and key account strategy

• Prepare businesses for future M&A activity or exit events

Key Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience within the speciality ingredients sector

• Background in CEO, COO, CRO, President, GM or similar roles

• Strong commercial, operational or general management expertise

• Track record of delivering measurable results and organisational impact

• Experience working with private equity or investor-backed companies is advantageous

• Ability to lead through growth, transformation and organisational change

• Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
