Company: This US-based ingredient business has built a strong technical foundation focused on developing tailored solutions for food manufacturers across a range of applications.

With a growing production footprint and increasing investment into R&D and process capability, the company works closely with customers to deliver consistent product performance across multiple end-use categories. Their approach combines applied science with practical formulation expertise, supporting both product optimisation and new development initiatives.

The organisation continues to scale, strengthening its operational and commercial capabilities to meet increasing demand from a global customer base. Despite this growth, the culture remains hands-on, collaborative and focused on solving complex technical challenges in a commercially viable way.

Role: The Flavourist / Senior Flavourist will take a lead role in developing and optimising flavour systems across the company’s product portfolio. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position will focus on both building new flavour profiles from scratch and refining existing formulations to meet customer and application requirements.

The role requires a strong balance between technical flavour creation and practical application, ensuring that flavour performance is maintained across different matrices and processing conditions. You will work closely with R&D, regulatory, manufacturing and commercial teams to align flavour development with broader product and customer objectives.

In this role you will be responsible for advancing flavour capabilities, supporting customer-driven projects, and contributing to the scale-up of formulations into commercial production.
